  Returned to Petal Palace this morning as a customer.  Visited this flower shop before inquiring on International shipment of flowers to Thailand and making photos for Google Maps.  Met by a friendly & helpful staff member who narrowed down my floral request, price, selection suitable to send to an elderly friend.  After selecting one of the bouquets from a book, my   entire transacton went very quickly from providing receiver/sender information & other details, credit card payment & receipt.   Based on what others had told me,  the price was within expected guidelines.  Overall the floral arrangement selected with vase was $65  plus  shipping/handling &  other charges which  came to $92.01.   Reaction by recipient when flowers are delivered will determine how much they are worth & whether or not my  money was  well spent. Update: In spite of my providing an incorrect phone #, the Floral bouquet arrived on time, two days after placing order. Rosie loved the flowers. Extremely happy with my PETAL PALACE experience.

  I want to thank Petal Palace for their beautiful arrangement of flowers with a gift basket made with care for my daughter at the Naval training school. She was very happy and pleased with gift. I’m very grateful for the prompt, courteous and understanding staff, as well as the professionalism of those that helped me make my daughter’s birthday special!! Thanks again!!!

  I currently live out of state and my mom fell ill . I normally would order ftd,1800 flowers but they have recently messed up my last two orders. So my sister and i went on line saw the reviews and decided to take a chance.When I called and spoke with Mary she was kind, compassionate and very helpful. My mom LOVES her flowers. It brightened up her day. Thank you Mary for the wonderful service y'all have provided to me and my family. Petal Palace is now our go to spot.
