Just moved in I love it!!!! Very quiet and great rent prices. The leasing office are wonderful very professional. Maintenance is right on top of things!!!!
if you set your expectations correctly you won't be disappointed. You rent a trailer. One that has been used by other people. When you move in you get a form like any other rental to mark what's wrong at move in. They do come out and fix stuff. Again there are many units and if the issues are not an emergency like anywhere else you go to the back of the line because they have lots of units to work on. I've seen comments saying pricing is too high, well I'm paying $875 for a 3 bed 2 bath. Tell me where else you can go and get that deal that isn't a roach motel?
I love living here. The rent prices are fair, the management is attentive, and it's fairly quiet considering how close your neighbors are. The grass is maintained and all around a good place to live.
