(August 11, 2020, 1:20 pm)First of all this is a court, i see these negative reviews and I can see why but at the end of the day these people are just doing their job. I’m sure they are very busy and can’t answer every single call, so try and give them a break. They are working as hard as they can. Second, when i had an issue for an unpaid toll that I had to pay for, the ladies were nothing but polite and respectful. They went the extra mile to make sure i was taken care of and i appreciate that so much, it may take a little while sometimes to get a hold of someone but when they do answer they are always prompt and respectful. I give the customer service 5 stars. Thank you judge Yarbrough and your staff for all you do for helping keep law and order. I had a wonderful experience and your staff is amazing! Keep up the good work. 😃
