  I don’t appreciate the office staff not leaving an exact cost via text when the actual cost of visit was several hundred dollars more. Surprise without an apology. Kudos to Dr. Nelson as always.

  Doc & staff were great, helpful & concerned about their patients, best experience I've ever had @ a dentist office!

  Once Dr. Nelson had reviewed my dental records prior to my visit, then, upon seeing me in person, was better able to present his expert assessment of the procedures he believes will be required to provide me with the best and most beautiful smile!
  Now, how great is that!!
  I have full confidence and trust in his skills and I believe he has my intrinsic welfare at heart.

  Dr. Nelson was amazing and his staff was fantastic also. My MIL was visiting and did not have insurance and had a tooth ache. We took her to a dentist that led us down the path of a possible root canal and "try to save the tooth". He told us that we could also extract the tooth but made it sound like the tooth could be saved. We would have spent thousands on the procedure which would likely have failed. I got an appointment with Dr. Nelson for a second opinion. He did not charge us a dime and told us that our best course of action was extraction as it was a wisdom tooth and we should never have been recommended a root canal. He further went on to recommend a surgeon he works with, got us an appointment the very next day and she had her tooth extracted 48 hours later. It was truly going above and beyond and that too absolutely FREE. I give him the highest possible recommendation. That you Dr. Nelson, you are truly the very best of doctors, who looks out for patient welfare above personal gain. God bless you!

  First time here. Dental hygienist Kim was excellent and I felt my teeth were cleaned well. Plus she explained some things to me regarding the gum recession I have which has been an ongoing issue. Did not get to see Dr Nelson this visit as he was out sick. Office staff nice. I had been seeing my previous dentist for 30 years till he retired so hope to be able to continue here awhile.
