Dr. Chowdhury is a great doctor to see if you’re looking for care that is more personable and accessible. From my first visit, I always felt very welcomed and well taken care of. Her office has great availability for appointments, plus I’ve always been able to text or email her personally if need be. On top of that, the concierge monthly subscription model works great for me because it is affordable while providing full access to her services as often as need be.

Personal experience: Before visiting, I had a number of mental and physical health issues that I had been putting off. Partly due to costs of seeing a Dr, and partly due to anxieties over how medications might affect me. After booking an initial consultation and then missing it because of an anxiety attack, Dr. C rescheduled me and made sure I felt comfortable when I did make it in.
Dr. C is not a psychiatrist, but she did go above and beyond to get to know me while talking me through my mental health. On my first appointment, we tackled my pressing mental health problems and talked very in depth about what I am experiencing (even went past the hour long appt time by maybe 30 min). She started me off on a comfortable and low dose of medicine, then had me in only one week later to discuss. From there, despite my skepticism, it was only a matter of time until I started seeing a massive improvement in my mental well being.
Once my mental health was improving, we started focussing on physical health too. I got general blood and urine tests, and as well as advice and a prescription for a couple minor physical ailments. I myself have been working very hard on my physical health, by living healthier I am mentally happier and when I am mentally happier I can make healthier choices. It builds on itself, and it all started because I decided to make the leap and talk to Dr. C.

I have been a member for three months now, and I can absolutely say my health has been better than ever thanks to the awesome and super nice Dr. Chowdhury! :)

Dr. C has been my doctor since she opened her Frisco office. She is amazing! Everyone in her office is great! She actually listens to me! She has not ever run me out the door - she takes all of the time she needs!

Dr. C is concerned about the “whole” me. She is 1 of a kind and I’m thankful I’m her patient.

If you are searching for a great doctor that actually cares and listens...STOP looking you need to go with Dr. C! She knows a lot and really focuses on finding the root of the problem. I feel that to her I am a person, not just a patient or number. When I go see her, she makes sure to find out how am I doing in all aspects of my life psychically but also mentally. She has a kind and warm way to fix me but also gives me an honest wake-up call when I need to improve some habits. She is always there at any time! I had Covid-19 last year and she called, texted and video called to check up on me. I have traveled abroad, and she stills manage to help from a distance! I have been her patient for 3 years now. Dr. C and her staff feel like family! I moved to Dallas and still drive up to see her because she is just the best! AND I never have to wait more than 5 min!

I have had a wonderful experience with Dr. C and her team this past year! So happy I found them. Integrative Heart and Health is above and beyond your typical medical practice. Dr. C really cares about her patients, which is evidenced thorough the time she spends consulting with them. I never feel rushed, and she is patient with my questions. The team (including Dr. C) are always quick to communicate back. I never deal with the typical frustrations you experience at most doctors - they are very on top of it when it comes to billing, documentation, prescription refills, etc. I love that I have found a team that dedicates themselves to partnering with me on my health and wellness journey. Also their office office is beautiful! I feel like I am at a spa, it is a very soothing environment.

Dr. C has been Heaven sent for me. I started going here about a year ago after wondering what all the hype was my a lot of my colleagues. I have struggled with all kinds of issues prior to coming here (Some I knew about and some I didn’t) and for the first time in my life I feel LISTENED to. I felt helped. The first appointment, she sits down with you, listens to your concerns, gets your medical/family history with a goal to help you, not move on to the next patient. Every time. No matter what. Every time I’ve ever had a question or any concerns, either her or her wonderful staff are available. I love how her goal is to get to know you first and then explain in detail the diagnosis. Not like most doctors that walk in, ask a couple questions, don’t remember your face, and hand you a script as a bandaid. I don’t know how she does anything else because she even texts and calls to make sure you are well if needed. Mentally to physically and head to toe, Dr. C is a straight shooter who can help you in such a wonderfully unique way. Theres no beating around the bush either as Dr. C will be first to use her experiences as a learning tool for others. All in all, she genuinely cares and loves what she does and it shows. Plus she doesn’t waste her time or yours! Give her a shot, I promise you will live and feel healthier!!!!
