When I had my first phone call with Bob to see if we were a good fit, we talked for a whole hour! In that hour, he never tried to sell me his services. Before I decided to get a personal trainer, I did A LOT of research on the most effective mode of exercise, muscle building, phasing workouts etc. So I went into our phone call knowing exactly what I wanted my workouts to consist of. Bob's philosophy on exercise is shared by the nation's best trainers! Lastly, since Bob and I had similar passions for health and fitness, we had a lot to talk about during our sessions, and he always generously gave me extra time so I could still get in an effective workout.
I have been seeing Bob Todd for a few months now as I have decided to change the way I live and lose some weight. Bob has been very informative with providing an eating plan, sharing how an exercise should be properly done which I haven’t had that in the past and getting back to me when I needed input. He is always bringing new and innovative workouts to our sessions, which I love! When I had to move out of town, he even started Skype training so I have never had to miss a workout. Bob Todd is the best trainer I have had. He is very knowledgeable and is also very concerned about injuries/preexisting conditions his clients may have. He will push you, but is also aware of your limitations. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trainer
