  My boyfriend and I have just moved in but I am so impressed with the Marquis at Stonebriar from the start! First of all, they made touring/moving in seamless during this pandemic, making it stress free and actually enjoyable. Before move in, I emailed back and forth with Sarah and Brittany, and not only are they fast to respond but they are so nice and helpful! Secondly, after we got our keys, we did notice a few small things that needed to be address by maintenance. These issues were literally resolved in less than 24 hours! I have never been in an apartment so engaged with their residents and so helpful! We are very excited about our move here and looking forward to it! Thank you!

  Lets start with the staff, it was amazing from the first moment trying to lease, I had the chance of working with Sarah, who I believe is now the manager. She was super polite, very down to earth and not trying to force the place on to me like most apt staff do, probably cause it didn’t need selling. The rest of the staff was also super helpful and always available. There isnt a single complain I have with the staff!
  
  The maintenance: very quick to respond to issues, always on time and available to fix what ever the problems might be. I had a few issues, but nothing that would be out of regular wear and tear, which got fixed within 48 hours. The 48 hours held true to not just a couple of repairs but a bunch of em!
  
  The apartment complex: Amazing area if you have pets as they have a small enclosure for pets to run free, apartments while buildings might be a bit old, they have been upgraded. A lot of greenery and space to walk plus right next to the lake so its super nice. Gym is well stocked and the swimming pool is decent plus the hot tub is a nice plus.
  
  The only two cons I could see are
  1) the darn thermostats are ancient, installed my own nest and saw my bill drop a decent amount
  2) when I lived there rent was a lot lower, lately I was considering moving back but the prices have gone up.
  
  You do get what you pay for tho, this place is definitely worth it!

  Don't waste your time looking around. just rent at the Marquis Stonebriar. the apartments are clean and well maintained. we had a nice view to the golf course. Amazing staff, we were always treated with a smile and outstanding service. the maintenance team is there 24/7 once you need them. they are professional and helpful.
