Best used car dealership experience ever. My bonafides: 52 year old with a lifetime of car ownership. I've driven/owned/borrowed/worked on well over 100 cars, motorcycles, and boats over the years. I know how cars work and how to work on cars. Daniel is honest, fair, and a good man. I could not be happier with my 2011 MDX I purchased from him. After doing my research and not finding a match up to my standards in Austin, I flew one way up to Dallas and took an Uber to McKinney. I met Daniel, a good family man, and happily drove my new (used) 2011 MDX home to Austin. Daniel with New Hope Motors sets the standard that almost all others fail to achieve.
Absolutely the best service I have ever received from any car dealership I have worked with. Daniel was very responsive and on multiple occasions went the extra mile to make us comfortable. If looking for a reliable used car I strongly suggest reaching out to Daniel.
I'm very pleased with the vehicle and so glad I drove a little out of the way to New Hope Motors. Daniel was easy to work with and provided accurate information. The process was simple and there were no surprises or unexpected fees. I would definitely purchase from him again.
Wonderful experience 😁😁😁 and the owner is super nice and friendly and the car I purchased has been great to me no issues since my purchase! Overall somewhere I would go again to purchase a car!
I was looking for a low-cost, but well kept car for my daughter who left for college, and I'm glad I contacted Daniel at Plano Dealer. He really took care of us, and my daughter loves the car! There were no games, he listed the car below book, and made it easy. There were new tires, new battery, and new front brakes--everything you need done at the 98K mile marker. Great experience and I saved a lot of money. Thank you!
