Friendly atmosphere from the minute you walk through the door. The staff is professional. In the exam and procedure room, the place is clean, the staff is competent and knowledgeable and explains everything. I cannot say enough, but Ideal Dental Plano is a top notch. Recommended.

Same staff for quite a while so I always see the same dentist and hygienist when I go in, which is great because they’re both super processional, knowledgeable, and ON TIME! I’m always in and out super fast. Awesome reception team too — she created me by name the second I walked in.

As usual, Dr. Zerby did an excellent job. He always has the patient at ease and explains what he is going to do. Always checks to see if the patient is comfortable and not experiencing any problems. Explains the medication (if any) and how long you need to take it. You know he loves what he is doing because of the care he gives every patient. He’s the only dentist that I trust over my 79 years.
