Pure Barre

Love this place so much!!! The teachers at this studio are amazing!! The manager, Katie, is so personable, fun and sweet!! Katie is also always having events and sales for clients! I’ve made so many friends from this studio and I am addicted to barre now! Studio is clean and well kept. Classes are challenging but very customizable to fit every fitness level. Music is so fun, too!

I love taking classes at Pure Barre! The way the class pushes you makes you realize how strong you really are. The teachers are passionate about what they do and you can clearly see this when you are in class. I love to workout and pure barre is definitely one of the most challenging workouts I participate in. The only critique I have is that I wish I can get more feedback in class on whether or not I’m in a position correctly. I know it can be hard to get to everyone in the class but alittle more feedback throughout the class can help me fix my mistakes right then in the moment as opposed to waiting until class is over. Other than that I love it!!

Love this place! I have SI Joint Instability and have been struggling for years to find a workout that would help me build strength in my low back and hips without demobilizing me for days on end in the process. I’m completely amazed-these workouts were designed to be incredibly low impact but show results! I’m 16 classes in, 3 weeks in, and my body is changing! I’ve even been able to work through the days my back and hip have been riddled with inflammation. I also love that they always have 1 or 2 instructors taking the class with you, so you can watch for correct form. Even when I need to modify, the staff encourages and positively reinforces my efforts! The music is super fun and the instructors are always helpful as you learn. There is a real focus on form and meeting your body where it is; challenging your body at its current state; without feeling bad if you can’t do things just like others in the room. Truly an awesome place to spend your time. Some say it’s on the pricey side, but y’all, when something works, it works! I’m so excited at where I’m headed with my health, body shape and mindset... the value is there! Give it a try. Pure Barre Plano is great!

I absolutely LOVE Pure Barre Plano. I love the Pure Barre workout in general, but the staff at this location is so welcoming and friendly. They greet me by name everyday and encourage students throughout class by letting them know when they are doing a good job on an exercise. The staff really cares about not just physical wellness, but your mental wellness as well. It's great to surround myself with such positive and uplifting people first thing in the morning!
