No joke! So many levels and kind of classes to attend. Very clean studio. Free introduction class come check it out!

I was a little hesitant at first due to the cost & trying something new but I have been an active member since Nov. 2019 & love it! I love ALL the instructors, & I have my favorites of course! 😉 They are very knowledgeable on the body parts/ muscles and take the time to watch your form & make corrections as needed. It's always challenging for me and love that you get something different in each class. It's totally worth every penny for me & investing in my overall health! Tessa has been a blessing to me at the Plano location. Very professional & patient with all my studio questions through the months! Don't be scared to try something new! I'm so glad I did!
