Highly recommend this facility and the wonderful owners to anyone needing storage. I’m so gracious for Jeanette and her husband for my seemless experience in renting from Blue Star. Not only were they amazing to work with, they had, by far, more competitive rates than anyone else in the area!
Maybe the best staff I have ever experienced in all of the years
I have rented storage units... I also would like to mention that
there is no lighting inside the units that are not climate control, and
you have limited access with a 8 PM cut off time daily.... Those of us
that are among the working world, are not always able to be home
by 8 PM to access the storage units... I had to move out because
of this issue.... I do like the exit gate, as you just pull up close to it,
and it opens.... No need to re-enter a code to exit.... If they can get
some lighting or electrical outlets inside the units, and extend this
access time, especially during the summer to 10 PM, I would definitely
be back.... Probably the best Storage Unit Facility in Prosper, TX

Very accommodating and very friendly. I was unloading my stuff in 98deg weather and Janette even came pit and asked if I was ok or if I needed something to drink!
These folks are just the best
