The Lofts at Palisades Apartments

Running the numbers and trade-in and deals were all done primarily through text messages. Rick Fore is very professional and a delight to work with. I am still amazed that the process of finding the vehicle I wanted was so fluid and stress free. Thanks Rick!! Now, off the enjoy my beautiful Traverse.

I brought my car in for oil change and tire rotation. The service I received from Michael Davis was exceptional. He is attentive and listens carefully to the customer. I also had many questions about other services and he answered all to my satisfaction. Keep up the great work Michael. Thanks for a job well done!

Yasmine in the front office is excellent!!! Very friendly, professional, and helpful... she helped me with my application and lease and made the process delightful. Every time I came to the office she was very organized. I love my apartment it is very nice, I like the high ceilings and the amenities. Lastly I have to say that I feel safe in the neighborhood it is very quite and really nice, with lots of shopping, dining, and things to do in the area!!!

We've been here for two years and we really like it. Our layout is great and the price is reasonable. The office staff was a little sketchy when we first moved in but they have brought new staff in and it has been much improved. Its quiet, our neighbors are all good. There is a lot to like about the apartments as well. The only issues i can find with it is the lack of visitor parking and the dog park is shared with the neighboring complex. Also the parking garage is a little tight and people fly through it so you have to pay attention when you're walking across it. But overall its been great. Definitely recommended

It will be almost two years since I have lived at this apartment community and I really enjoy every aspect of it! They have great amenities, is a great location, aesthetically pleasing apartment style, and overall is a safe/quiet neighborhood. This community checks every box of mine in regards to apartment living. Safe to say, I'm definitely renewing my lease.

The Lofts has exceeded my expectations in all aspects. It is a beautiful property, very clean, and great location. I would like to acknowledge Yazmine. She went above and beyond to make sure this place could feel like home. She is a very personable individual and very pleasant. They take the time to make connections and make it feel like a great community! The response time is unreal, they are courteous and professional. I 100% recommend.

I just moved to The Lofts at Palisades a little over a month ago, and I love it! The staff is super friendly and helpful, not to mention it's an overall safe and clean establishment. I enjoy having an modern twist to the loft style, creating a beautiful atmosphere for me. The amenities are also a great perk, as I love going to the gym and hanging out by their double pools. The best part is they make living in an luxury apartment affordable. Definitely would recommend making The Lofts at Palisades their new home for anyone.
