  ???? I WISH EVERYONE WOULD QUIT COMPLAINING ABOUT HOW RUN-DOWN IT IS, IT HAS BEEN HERE SINCE 1956 MOST RV PARKS DO NOT SURVIVE THAT LONG AND IF IT WAS AS HORRIBLE AS EVERYONE SAYS IT IS IT WELL YOU DO THE MATH!!!
  I just moved in a few days ago but I feel like I been here longer, because of how friendly and neighborly the people are here. The first day I was here I was in tears because I hired a guy to pull my RV and I paid a lot and he only drove it 28 miles! he hit a tree trying to park your RV I couldn't get the electric to work cuz the plug was wrong it was one thing after another I was literally in tears and here comes this lady who just took over and told me to calm down because it had been 12 hours for a 23-mile move because the guy that I hired didn't have the stuff you needed to hook the fifth wheel but I was trying to give him the benefit of the doubt he was an older gentleman and he was a Vietnam veteran so I trusted him. For all the people that are complainingyou're not being held hostage you can leave the RV park at any time I think people just want to have something to do so they get on here and say bad things about really good people. Yes you had to pay a deposit and you had to pay you know for your your lot for the month and you pay for electricity but that's usually what you doing a long-term RV Park. We are four minutes from downtown Dallas but we're in the woods it's shady and I don't even have to use my air conditioner as much even though it's a hundred degrees outside. The only complaint I have is the MOSQUITOES which isn't their faultand I'm still trying to find my cable provider because we have so much tree coverage that I've had Spectrum & AT& T and been denied service because I have too many trees but really it's not so bad ❤️????????????????????

  I love this place. Ever since me and my wife have moved here we've felt like we are apart of a big family. They look out for you here and take care of you. I haven't once regretted moving here. Plus the manager is awesome. And that's just another perk of many from living here.

  "A little bit of Mayberry in Dallas" that's a quote from the manager of Cedar Ridge RV+ Mobile Home Park. This place is definitely worth exploring if you have need of a safe place to park or live in your RV / Mobile home in South Dallas...there is a tiny House that found a nice place there !
  I like driving through seeing a sense of community and I see that the animals are well cared for + they are happy also seem to be a few welcome kitties to make you feel at home. I get a sense that everyone has a job to do at this place and that is looking out for their neighbor. Yes the roads are a little rough and bumpy due to hauling big homes up hills which also give it character..
