Never a moment feeling concern about my goods b/c they are in the safest, most watchful hands. Cardinal's business model makes their offering very hard to beat at any other provider, and the people who make up their team are the icing on the cake - always top notch help with anything you may need, and always such wonderful, decent people to interact with at every level. You really can't do better than this storage facility anywhere in Durham (and from other experience, any other provider in Raleigh or anywhere Cardinal has a location). Absolutely loved this place! I opened an account about a year ago and just recently moved out. Never did have any issues with bugs or mice. My climate controlled unit stayed a nice temp and my belongings remained in tact. And Maureen was always kind !
