Park Cities Yoga

One of the best studios in DFW for small to medium group classes and especially private lessons. Therapeutic and individualized practice is emphasized here. The teachers are all very knowledgeable and compassionate. Classes are held without loud music or gimmicks of any sort. This is a place to study yoga and personal transformation rather than simply go through the motions and get sweaty. Highly recommended!

Yoga has always intimidated me. In particular, yoga studios intimidate me. I usually feel like an outsider who doesn't know what she's doing. A few years ago, I was feeling very overwhelmed with stress and a good friend suggested I visit PCY. Reluctantly I went, though terribly out of shape and definitely not cool enough to do yoga in Park Cities. My session was led by Jeff Farrell, the owner, and during the session I wept. I felt ridiculous, but for the first time in a long time I could physically feel my stress melting away and my surroundings were serene. There was nothing intimidating there and I did not feel judged. I have continued practicing yoga there throughout the years and though I live rather far, I would drive the extra bit to practice there versus anywhere else in the DFW metro area. Jeff was born to be a yoga instructor. I no longer fear yoga thanks to this place.

If you're looking for a yoga studio with your best interest at the core, then Park Cities Yoga is your place. You won't find a more committed owner/instructor than Jeffry Farrell, and the other instructors are there to knowledgeably guide you in your practice no matter where you are in your yoga journey. Whether you're a beginner, or more advanced yoga enthusiast, you won't find a better studio than this one -- it's a real gem! Try it, you won't regret it!! Namaste.

Hands down, Jeff is the best teacher. The level of attention and his knowledge of the practice is amazing. Love this place!!!!!
