MedSpring Urgent Care – Upper Greenville

Other than the fact that I was sick in order to visit, I had a great experience at MedSpring. They were able to quickly see and diagnose me and the staff was so friendly and understanding. Will definitely return next time I need help!

In and out..very little wait time. The nurse practitioner was very thorough in accessing my needs. Staff was very friendly and office was clean front and back. Highly recommend this urgent care facility!

Excellent customer service at front desk & all of the staff.. Appointments are timely & efficient. Doctor is excellent & takes the time to explain everything as well as any medications. Very pleasant experience. This is my 3 visit to their office & all have been wonderful.

Excellent care for our 9 year old when she needed immediate attention. We spent no time waiting. Extremely clean and very comfortable medical facility. The doctor was very thorough and the entire staff was super polite. Overall, I would rate them much higher than most General Practice doctor offices.

I went to this location recently, and I was very impressed with the treatment I received. Not only was the first visit successful and efficient, but I received a personal follow-up call to make sure that I was doing better and to provide additional medical advice.
