I came to here to look at a vehicle, Monica assisted me and made everything very easy. She explained everything very well and let me make a decision on my own. I appreciate that she was not pushy at all. I definitely recommend this place for a new vehicle!

Last week I stopped by El Padrino after 3 previous car lots. I googled El Padrino looking at their cars and decided to give it a try. Jorge was the salesman who assisted me. He was professional and nice, most of all he was not pushy or came rushing at me. He listened to what I was looking for and steered me in the direction of a couple of options. He and his associates let me take a couple vehicles on a test drive alone, he only called about 15 minutes after I left to make sure the car was running fine and I was ok. I had a bottom line budget and I could not waiver against what I was willing to spend. After discussing the price of the vehicle and deciding to purchase it, the rest of the process went very smooth. My only concerns was the vehicle I decided to to buy didn’t have a key fob that locked the doors. Jorge said he would get one for me, and he did. I also asked Jorge when the last oil change was, and he told me he would make sure to have the service center change my oil. One of the main reasons they u understand the assignment of customer service was how Jorge arranged a driver to come pick me up at the airport when I had to return my rental car, as I rented a car for the day to solely buy a car. It was a pleasure doing business with Jorge and their team.
