It’s a business and I am not their only customer. I appreciate Dean for addressing my concerns and placing their customers first! I’ll continue to do business .

PostNet is my favorite place for printing and shipping. Drew is very helpful at getting my print jobs perfect and Dean gets my packages out with a smile!!

I have been coming to PostNet casually, on and off, during the past 9 years or so. It’s only been in the last year or two that I’ve had to rely more heavily on Drew and his staff, especially Dean, who gives me service with a smile and always something to laugh about (hard to come by these days, through dueling face masks, to be sure!) to assist me during Covid and now, while I’ve begun to work from home. I can always rely on stellar customer service that goes far beyond my expectations and staff who know this business like the back of their hands - Most importantly, they know how to get me in and out the quickest - which, to me, is invaluable. In short, I believe the subpar reviews I see here to be written by people of low caliber and I can describe them: less than a fourth grade education, are fraught with typos, misspellings and lack punctuation and offer no real insight into what a terrific service PostNet provides. These aforementioned authors obviously have no concept of what it costs to do things in today’s [cutthroat] small business world of the Pandemic, i.e. send an email, receive a fax, mail an item with tracking, etc., and reviews are not indicative of the real world. To say these small businesses are struggling, is a complete understatement. I only wish more people like me, who are having challenges transitioning to working from home and/or virtual schooling (and to those just needing stamps and a nice birthday card) to stop in and see just how easy Drew and his stellar crew will make day-to-day living a BREEZE. I've been meaning to write a review of this business for some time. I'm a truck driver and can be away from home for several months at a time. Using this service, and being able to actually see what type of mail's come in, or have it scanned, has been so convenient for me. It's also nice to have an address that people can send things to and always have it get to me. The cost is very reasonable for the service, and the requests to shred junk mail, or scan non-junk mail are always fulfilled promptly.
