Dropped in on a visit to town. Professor Rob was welcoming and taught an excellent detailed class. The gym was clean and well maintained. All the students were welcoming. Got in some great rolls during the open mat.
Professor Dan also introduced himself. I’ll be back when I’m in town.
I have been to several gyms around the country and this is by far my favorite. Top level instruction and friendly atmosphere. The black belts here are great instructors and the owner is the best to train with.
Every gym is different but here's what this one is known for: world class instruction, a HUGE emphasis on safety, and a great atmosphere. I found this place when I needed somewhere to train after moving from San Diego and it's the best gym I've ever seen. Best coaches in Dallas, a laid-back atmosphere, and awesome training partners/friends. What more could I ask for? The people who train here have such fascinating personal lives and careers, yet 100% of them say that coming to MG is the highlight of their week. It's certainly the highlight of mine, too.
Without a doubt one of my favorite places to be on this entire planet. Great coaching, great team mates, and a positive vibe that just can’t be beat. I can not recommend this place enough.
Best school in Dallas. Professor Rob ables Is a very chill and open-minded instructor who also cares greatly about your success. This school is welcoming from the moment you step a foot through the door and all the higher belts were very helpful on pointing out simple mistakes I was making and how to correct them.
