Great customer service
Had a great experience with Enterprise. While my car was repaired at the Service King, I was given a rental car through Geico and was able to pick which car I wanted. Worked with Carol who provided me with great customer service, especially since I needed to switch cars. After driving my rental car a couple miles, I noticed something was off with the wheel alignment and I didn't feel comfortable driving it around, so I was able to bring it back and Carol made it her priority to make sure I got an upgraded car in perfect condition. No unexpected fees and had great customer service.
