  Came in for a set of key batteries the manager was super helpful and knew exactly what we needed! The store is super tidy and easy to find everything else I was looking for! Any time I need any batteries or a nice flashlight this is the place to go!

  I went into my Garland store to replace my backup battery, which I purchased from Batteries Plus several years before, in my Verizon box. Otto took my battery and load tested it to find out the battery was fine.
  The problem was my Verizon box.
  Thank you Otto for saving me $40.00.
  This type of service is why I don't go anywhere else.

  They had a lot of cool things and I didn't even go to the back half of the store. I went to get a battery for the key fob of my 2012 Nissan Altima and it literally took the man less than 2 minutes to change it for me. I was also interested in the fact they had replacement fobs from Duracell for like 20 bucks. "Real" versions of those things were retailing for something like 60 - 90 dollars on the internet. Will return for the battery in my other fob, and maybe take my time and look at the rest of the store.

  Easy and affordable iPhone repair. Good customer service and didn't have to wait in line for an hour at the Apple store. Yay! Doug

  The employees were very friendly and helpful! They were quick to replace the battery in my car key fob. Highly recommend!
