Imagine my surprise when my 14 month old refrigerator (with a 13 month warranty) stopped cooling. I had visions of dollar signs flying from my bank account because these things are never cheap or easy. After hearing "we don't do Kenmore", "the soonest we can send someone is [5 days with a 4-hour arrival window]" and "if we have to order parts, it could take several months" from 2 other repair companies, I was just shy of terrified... Am I going to have to buy a new fridge? If I can find someone who will repair it, will it take months and lots of dollars? *argh!*

CAS Appliance Repair to the rescue! Not only did they get someone out the next morning, Xavier called ahead to let us know he was on the way and then arrived in the early part of the 1-hour window. He quickly diagnosed the issue, performed a simple fix, explained what caused it and how to prevent it from happening again. Cheap? no... but very reasonable and not the bazillion dollars I expected. Easy? Yes. Worth the price? DEFINITELY!

Absolutely excellent service. Came out in one day (kiest park oak cliff neighborhood), replaced heating element. Took 30 mins. They already had the part with them. I will be using them in the future.

I had a terrible experience with a set I purchased on Facebook! I was driving down Robinson and just saw the machines outside. Best stop I made! Right away the owner didn’t sugar coat anything. He told me what he could do for my old set and helped me pick out a new set at his store. Came the next day to deliver the new ones set them and even took the time to show me how to work them!

I have an old model washer that was in need of repair. I contacted Sears Appliance Repair which I was totally disappointed in. Two repair technicians came out and never fixed the problem. Mind you this is a Sears product.

I searched and found CAS Appliance repair and scheduled a repair visit with Chris. Chris was very professional and honest with me. He arrived on a Saturday and diagnosed the problem. Although it was costly to repair a transmission on an old model washer it was worth it to me. I was very satisfied with the quality of service he provided.

Chris picked up my washer and delivered it after it was repaired. I'm now washing again and I'm super happy I decided to go with this company. I will continue to use this company for all if my future appliance repairs.

I had to quickly find someone to fix my stove and Toan was able to come out the same day. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and informative. I will definitely use this company in the future!
