There are not enough good things I can say about Dr. Patel and her practice. You are greeted as soon as you enter the door, appointments are on schedule, office personnel are professional, experienced, and courteous, all costs are provided up front with no “hidden” surprise fees, and Dr. Patel is just awesome!!! She spends as much time as needed with her patients, answers all question during the visit, and provides the patient options without attempting to “up sell” the patient. Although there are a multitude of Optometrists nearby, I travel the 15 miles just to experience the “personal touch” she and her staff provide. I would highly recommend Dr. Patel to anyone who needs an Optometrist with such skills, courtesy, and professionalism!! Thank you Dr. Patel and staff!!
