  The dealership sent a salesman out to my house to pick me up for I car I was very interested in purchasing... which, of course, made the sale that night and I drove home in my new car! Totally impressed at how easy the process was, and although I had already completed the on-line application for credit/financing online (had to do that again because for one reason or another is was not found?) I was in and out relatively quickly with the car I had been looking for on and off since 2016. Fast and very pleasant experience, staff was all great and could not have been any more accommodating... and I finally got the car I have been wanting. Beep, beep, zoom, zoom in my little red Fiat Abarth! This is the way buying a car SHOULD be, I highly recommend! I only wish the car had come with one more key fob... :-)

  Everything went perfectly here at David McDavid in Irving! Mark Taylor, our salesman, was very understanding, interactive, and helpful- willing to accommodate any of our requests in our search for a new car. Rey Rendon helped us around the lot and gave us the rundown of servicing and knowing what was needed before buying a new car! Both were willing to jump through hoops to make sure that we were getting the most bang for our buck- we will definitely be coming back to this location and asking for both Mark and Rey if we need anything/future car purchases.

  Everything was great from start to finish. We went through True Car. I knew ABSOLUTELY nothing about this process on Sunday. On a whim we filled out what we looked for. David McDavid was the VERY first dealership to reach out. We scheduled an appointment with Dominque O’Connor and the rest is history. Said was amazing. Zach Barnes is top notch. He came out to truly earn our business (3 previous Chrysler owner), make sure we were realistic about our trade-in, and just get an overall idea of what we wanted/needed. Even the finance process with Rafael was outstanding.

  Hi, Mr.Scott and Mr.Mike are of great help in this buying process. They listen to our requirements and helped out to their best in getting us the best deal and service. They go beyond their timings and respond to us on phone calls. All our questions were answered. Of all the dealers we worked in this process they are the best!! Thank u guys????????

  Outstanding!!! I wrecked my previous car and had to buy a new one. My entire experience was amazing! This dealership makes you feel like you are one of the family and they go above and beyond to earn and keep your business. Said (my salesman) was very friendly and knowledgeable about all the details of my new car. We went over the option features and settings in my new car. Then he showed me and set them to my preferences before I left.
  
  Brent in Financing took the time to explain each number of the loan process and also helped me choose the best warranties for my driving style. I was able to stay in budget and still have peace of mind! He was quick yet thorough in the whole process.
  
  The level of customer service was outstanding. The entire process was remarkable. I am a customer for life!
