  Amazing experience. Was looking for a vehicle for a while and finally was able to do it. It was great doing business with Mike as he explained everything of the deal. He did not rush or push to go through the finance options and recommended to use my Navy Federal Crdit Union to get the best rate. Not many dealerships are this helpful or patient.   This was best dealership I went to for a used truck and they make you feel like family and they are men by their word. Definitely one of the best dealerships in South Dallas. Mike and his right hand man are like family to me now and if there is any thing wrong within the time frame you bought the vehicle they try there best to help. THANKS MIKE! Love you my man

  My name is Diana N, I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my vehicle from the Best Auto Group and this is my honest review. This week I purchased a vehicle and I believe it is the best experience I have ever had. So, I have for many years avoided purchasing cars from used car lots, even new car lots bases on past experiences what happened to me when I was just 20 years old (19 years ago). Like many I was taken advantage of and very scared, stressed out and as a new mom back then (2002/3), due to my experience “The car” buying experience had me scared to death, not to be dramatic but it ruined my life.
  I "met" Mike over the telephone and it was very easy to talk and he assured me that we could try things and that nothing should be difficult. Mike was understanding and very accommodating and instead of him being my salesman, he felt like part of my friend group or family. He met my daughter and even sat down and helped looking for alternatives for me and my unique position "in our unique times". Even though I was very nervous he allowed me time to think things through and helped me make the SMART decision in the long run. Personally, if I were to do all again, I would do it again, I would even trust the entire family with Mike! He is outstanding and very, very patient. In 2020-2022 the market situation of buying and selling isn't what it use to be and in the used car buying in our world we need more Trusty Mikes that care about our future and not only our present as salesmen! Truthfully!!! He has my business for my daughters car and sons car in the future. THANK YOU MIKE!!!! Thanks to Best Auto!!! Thank you!!

  I wish I could give Mike and Best Auto Group 10 stars! Due to Covid and my circumstances I needed to handle the sale without actually going to the dealership. Not only that, I lived on the opposite side of town. Not a problem for Mike and Co.! There were numerous phone calls keeping me up to date, making sure times and days would work for me and even sending employees to me for signing documents and ultimately delivering the car (that was the first time I actually saw it). The car was in excellent condition, just like he said, and he even had a couple of things fixed that were uncovered during the process (somewhat expensive things!) but the price stayed the same. All in all a great experience and Mike was always the gentleman and never seemed to have a bad day no matter the hurdles I presented. Highly recommend.

  I purchased a great car from BEST AUTO GROUP! The process was fast and easy. Mike is the GREATEST finance manager ever, very knowledgeable and easy going. I had a great buying experience and would highly recommend BEST AUTO GROUP, I have already set a friend to them and I will be buying more cars from them.
