  Im writting this review in behalf of my mother. Now a days its so hard to find a good roofing company. I must say that JPR not only helped us get our roof repaired but also our gutters after getting denied 3 times by Allstate.
  
  • Juan guided my mother through the entire insurance process & executed the project with a phenomenal team. They were organized, clean, & efficient.
  
  I would recommend JPR for your roofing needs.. and if you have been denied give Juan a call and let him fight for you like how he did for us.

  Had an experience with many contractors and JPR is one of the best, really, you will not see like them too much nowadays. An insurance declined a claim and JPR handled an appraisal process in relatively short period and got funds. JPR Installed a new roof with an additional improvements a month before insurance money arrived, as well gutters and fence stain. I worked with Juan and very satisfied with a service he provided and escorted me trough the process.

  My parents asked me to post this, so they must have been really impressed. This is what they asked me to say:
  They are great. Tim and Juan gave us a quote and that was what we paid. They stuck through our insurance denial process for 4 months until we got paid for full replacement for roof and gutters. The workmen were great. They cleaned up after each days work. The final day cleanup was unreal. We had no trash anywhere in our garden or yard. They even killed an unwanted guest--a copperhead. The roof and gutters look great. Could not have asked for a better result.

  I would highly recommend JPR Construction for any home repair specifically roof repair and installation. They are a local family owned business who keeps it professional from the start. We worked directly with Juan and from day one, he proactively worked with our homeowner insurance to get the process started with the roof replacement due to storm damages. Juan also inspected around the house and identified more issues that required repair that would be covered by the insurance company. He was great at providing updates and following up on the progress. It took several months to work with our insurance, but Juan never missed a beat. When it was finally approved, they had their team come out and worked on the roof, gutter, and other areas of the house. They were on schedule and did a great job on the work. We were so happy to contract with JPR Construction and I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to get the job done right!

  My wife & I were very impressed and greatly pleased with an outstanding result. The workman were punctual, curtsies, & efficient. Juan & Tim were specially helpful & attentive for the work being done. I would never hesitate to recommend JPR Construction to anyone for a complete roof replacement. The new appearance of our home is second to none. Thank you JPR Construction for a job well done.
