I, like most people feel that the process of purchasing a house is one of the most stressful processes that one can experience. Then… along came COVID19 to put things into perspective. What did my family and I do with this perspective?

We decided to purchase a house in the MIDDLE of a PANDEMIC.

This could have turned into a high stress nightmare that only heavy sedation and even heavier drinking would have quelled… But it didn’t - because we did one thing right: We called Cassandra and Co.

I hate to use the cliché: “above and beyond” – especially since every member of the Cassandra & Co team will tell you that this is their everyday reality– so I won’t do that. I will just use the word “EXCEPTIONAL”. Cassandra, Mari, and Wendy (the team we closely worked with) are exceptional. We give their company our highest praise and gratitude, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone we actually like.

Best Realtor! I did extensive research before choosing an agent. Before I met with Cassandra my intuition said she was the one! Then I met with Cassandra and her team and within seconds I knew she was the realtor to sell our home!
