I moved into Extra Space Storage due to three main reasons:

1. Cheaper Price (by nearly 25%)
2. Longer Accessibility Hours, and Better, Cleaner, Safer Facilities
3. Staff Professionalism, and their Attention to Detail, and Amazing Customer Service

Katherine (the friendly service agent who helped me on my latest rental) is incredibly professional, polite, and informative. Everyone I've ever dealt with at Extra Space Storage has been absolutely wonderful. I have rented from them on-and-off for more than 10 years. The value is exceptional, and their facilities and customer service are the best in town!

This was our first time renting a storage space and Julian was so helpful throughout the process. He explains everything thoroughly and made sure we covered all bases and the fees before we sign everything. He answered all our questions. The unit was clean. We happy we can find something within our budget and location.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Pricing was 40% cheaper than others but the service was still AAA+. I was setup by Julian, Great service. Even called me back AFTER I signed the contract when he found a better unit available without me even asking. Super pleased.

This is one of the nicest facilities that you'll ever see. The staff is super friendly, and the place is CLEAN. Full disclosure, I did not end up renting from this location, but that was only because of a change in my situation, and not any other reason. FYI: They require use of specialized locks on their doors which make it MUCH more challenging for someone to steal your stuff.

After 3 1/2 years of great experiences with all the staff at this location I was sad to have to close out my account and vacate my storage unit. I was not expecting much at close out, however I was pleasantly surprised at the kindness & professionalism of Matt. He went above and beyond to help us close out when he had no obligation to help out. I will absolutely be coming back to this location when I need my next storage space. Thank you to all the staff over the years for going above and beyond!
