This place is awesome for whole health. Coach Robyn is very involved in every aspect of her business and truly cares for her athletes . The staff /therapist are very professional and really listen to your needs. I highly recommend Exlir to athletes and others that’s looking for top notch services for their recovery needs.
If you are a dual sport athlete or an athlete that is in the gym 2-3 times a week I highly recommend the monthly package . It’s awesome to be able to come unlimited time during the month.
