Denton Mazda Service department is best in the business!!
Angela and her staff have been taking care of my family for years. They are world-class in their professionalism, willingness to accommodate and work with great mechanics. I have been taking one of the family cars to Denton Mazda service for multiple years now and they treat me and my family extremely well. Always keeping us informed of upcoming maintenance needs.
I trust them so much that I let them work on the cooling system of my Dodge Charger recently and the work they did was quality and more affordable them my local Dodge dealership. They even accommodated me so that me and my family could continue getting around town.

This is the only place I will take my car to have it serviced. I live in Euless, but it's so worth the drive. Angela, the Service Manager is great and she has built such a great team. They are great folks. They have a good system from start to finish and I love it. They truly understand that time is precious and will try their best to get customers out quickly.
As for the Mechanics, they give you 100%. I appreciate the text messages they send showing the work that being completed. No surprises!. Oh, I can't forget Chris my favorite Sales guys, who sold me my car last year. You can trust these people...I promise!
Where do I even start?! I originally tried to change my brake pads at home on my 2017 Mazda 3, but ended up messing up the rear brake calipers. After many hours of stress, I had my car towed to Denton Mazda Service Center. They were so polite and professional! I was expecting to have to buy whole new calipers, that it would taken multiple days, AND cost an extra thousand dollars. Well the professionals at Mazda disassembled both calipers and put them back together in only a FEW HOURS. Then on top of that they took a video of everything they did to my car and showed how thorough they were.
I am BLOWN AWAY!! This was the best mechanic experience I have ever been through. Thank you so much Mazda of Denton, you have made a customer for life!
They went above and beyond to get me the coolant I needed to get back on the road when the other service centers were closed for the holidays and most dealers had very low stock.
Great place, nicely renovated. Staff is ultra friendly and communicative. The repairs are slightly pricey, but more reasonable than most dealerships. They seem very honest about their diagnostics and recommendations as well.
