  Fact: Cannot park in drive way anymore. Fact: cannot check in but 30min before your appointment time. Fact: Can park on street pass driveway before your appointment. They start receiving at 12:30am. I got a 10hr break in before my 04:30 appointment. Was woken up by(I think someone in the receiving department)on the street a little after midnight asking what time my appointment was. I told him at 04:30. He said cool but don’t check in but 30min before your appointment an Drive up to gate at 4am. I said cool and went back to sleep.
  Went up to receiving gate and u have to push receiving button to speak with someone in receiving. Give them ur po# and they will give u a door. Warning:Be very very careful. It’s a little tight backing in if ur backing in between trucks to get into ur door. Drop trailers across from u. Over all it was ok getting unloaded in a timely manner expectedly it being a Monday morning. 04:30 appointment check in at 04:00 was unloaded(11 pallets with Lumpers fee of $125)around 06:00am. ????????

  Not sure why the bad reviews, friendly staff, plenty of room. Less than two hours from start to finish that’s way better than Walmart. I had a split load and they even out the load locks back up.
  Lumpers are check or MO no cash or cards.

  3:30 appointment. Checked in at 2:30. 4 pallets and out by 3:30.

  Get 30 minutes before your appointment. The unloading takes around 3 hrs to empty on Refer. Not bad. There is parking around. Keep on straight on the street make a U turn parked in the street.
