The instructors and management help everyone regardless of your age or experience level and listen to you when mentioning your limitations. You are really missing out if you don't give it a try.

This was my first experience with Pilates, other than at home many years ago by VCR. :) It is amazing how it changes your body and the strength it gives you. I have foot drop because of a tumor on my spine and I am now walking better than I have in 5 years because my core is SO STRONG and I am out of pain!! My husband loves the difference he sees in my body!! I enjoy every workout and I love my CP family!!
