Sorrel Phillips Creek Ranch

I have lived here for just over a year and have had a very good overall experience with both the staff and the property. Most of my interactions have been with the front office staff and they have been friendly and helpful every time I go in or have questions. When they say they are going to follow up, they do. I was new to the area and didn't think much of that, it's what you would expect but I have since come to find out from friends in the area this is not common, in many places once you have signed a lease they are pretty much done with you. I have been fortunate to have only had a few maintenance issues and all were addressed and resolved within 48 hours, one of which was right before a holiday so I expected them to take a little longer but it still got resolved just as quickly as the others. There was one negative incident but I'm choosing not to go into the details as it was resolved quickly and while we agreed to disagree on the circumstances the property managers were professional, respectful and responsive throughout.

Based on my personal experience the pros far outweigh the cons and I would recommend renting here.

The experience was great. I’ve actually worked in property management before and I know a good Agent when I see one. If weren’t for my job relocating me I would have so stayed on the property. Anthony deserves a raise! He made me feel like family within the first few minutes of meeting him. I highly recommend scheduling tours with Anthony!

We moved in to our apartment at Sorrel last week. Application and lease signing process was smooth, all Thanks to Anthony, he helped throughout the process. 2B2B apartment are spacious, ok for small family. Surrounding is green and grounds are clean.
They can slightly improve on communication, like a Note on Day 1 that paint might be wet, and a mail one day before fixing carpets on floor above so that tenant is aware.
Overall nice community , if you have pets , you will love it , as they have a dog park.
Swimming pool is big , fitness freaks will like the gym.

Vik is the best. He always comes out and is super nice and fast to fix whatever it is. Definitely appreciated
