Hancock Electric Company

We called 13-25 electric companies but Hancock Electric Company called and asked if we were available earlier, which we were, and our work was done before our appt was even supposed to start! Our electrician was was prompt and easy to talk to and gave us a quote in no time and the work was done within an hour. Thank you so much!

Mike came in, was respectful and friendly, accessed the situation and provided a few quote options. I chose the level of service I wanted. He called for an additional tech to complete fishing a line from the basement breaker box to an upstairs finished bedroom. He completed the work, leaving the areas worked on in clean and neat condition even capping the holes needed to fish the wires. He was professional, personable and efficient. All around great experience!

Mike was able to coordinate with our tenant and worked around their schedule. He repaired the fluorescent lighting inside of the laundry room, garage and kitchen. He also wrote up a thorough report on some items that should be addressed, but said they could be taken care of at a later date. Being out of town, I really appreciate Hancock Electric Company working directly with our tenant, and not trying to push additional work. I highly recommend Hancock Electric Company to anyone.

Hired Hancock Electric Company to wire a new addition and reshape an existing area of our house. It was my first experience needing to hire an electrician and I know I'll be contacting these guys again for future needs. Communication was awesome and responsive, pricing was very reasonable and they worked perfectly. As a new homeowner, I feel a little more peaceful knowing I've found my go-to electrician. Hancock Electric Company seems to offer a wonderful training program for their technicians and it pays off with the level of professionalism. Their systems and processes seem efficient as well.
