Sam A and Jamal came to my house and serviced my A/C unit on 11-24-2020. I personally requested hi to do my maintenance because he's been doing an excellent job on my system on precious visits. He also installed the Green Air UV Light as we previously discussed when he did the Spring maintenance.. He completed his job efficiently and professionally. I certainly would want Sam A to continue doing my service. A#1 Air staff also were kind enough to keep me informed on Sam's and Jamal's schedule of arrival. Although I work from home full time, I certainly appreciates these calls.

Sam and Jamal were both professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Sam was thorough when checking my unit to make sure it was running properly. While chatting, I had never thought to professionally clean out my dryer vent and I am glad Jamal educated me on the importance of doing so. Sam educated me on the Green Air Filter of which Jamal had personal experience with the product. These men were not pushy and were truly helpful while I was making my decision to purchase, which I had not intended to do today. They are experts in their profession!

I have been a loyal A#1 customer for years because of their responsiveness, professionalism, and wonderful staff. Today I had the pleasure of meeting David who came to do my annual heating service. He is a ray of sunshine. He and his trainee Daniel were professional, kind, quick and informative. He tested all of my equipment, cleaned compressor, changed filter and replaced a part. I would recommend him and A#1 Air without hesitation for all HVAC needs. Thank you!!

**Update for second time**
So pleased with this company! I had been without hot water for a week due to an issue with a previous install of a new hot water heater in June that was unresolved by AHS. I decided to replace independently and called A#1 Air around 6:40pm on Friday night. It's 11:22pm Saturday and I have a new hot water heater, completely up to code! James and Bryce, along with the electrician that all came out today to make sure we had hot water, you are a blessing.
I will definitely be a return customer, again and again.
