(January 17, 2020, 3:29 pm)This Micky'Ds is my favorite. The manager on staff, I want to say his name is Lorenzo, always does an amazing job at communicating and keeping the kitchen running. I'm just a customer but I can see how hard he works. This makes all the difference! The store is always clean, the food hot and fresh, and I never have to wait at the counter for someone to take my order!

(October 31, 2019, 7:46 am)Employee Armando gets 5 stars. Other employee gets 3. Went in to buy 3 sausage burritos, did not want the tortillas, just the filling. I have my own because I am diabetic. The female employee said she could not do that. I understood, but it was more if the attitude I got that she gets 3 stars. I know, order the burrito throw away the tortilla, cant, cheese sticks to the tortilla. On my way out Armando stops me and asks me what I wanted. He went and talked to other employees and confirmed cannot be done. BUT he suggested order eggs, a sausage patty and slice of cheese. Same thing pretty much. I did not know you could order just eggs or a sausage patty. Employee who actually cares to help others and the company's bottom line. Keep him, he is valuable.
