BluePearl Pet Hospital

This is the best emergency pet hospital in the area, by far! Our dog has had to visit a few, and we have never been treated so well. They absolutely care about you and your pet, and provide the best service possible. On our recent visit, they gave him a big comfy kennel and even allowed us to make visits. We appreciated that so much. If we ever have another emergency situation, we will be going back to BluePearl!

I unfortunately had a dryer cat situation who is now at home like nothing ever happened.
All staff were extremely kind and patient with our many questions of cost and care. All team members gave my cat and myself the best care. I was able to call anytime for an update and even called at 12:30 am and was texted pictures.
I would highly recommend BluePearl for their expert staff and kindness. Pricing was not as bad as expected given it is an ER.

Our senior dog received a preliminary cancer diagnosis from his vet. He rapidly declined the next day so I took him to BluePearl around 1 am. I was immediately greeted and our dog was examined quickly. The staff kept me informed at every point along the way. They even had coffee, water, and snacks available while I waited in a private room.

Our dog stayed with them the next two days, with the doctors providing regular updates. Unfortunately, his cancer was too far along and we ended up having to say goodbye to him.

My husband, our two children, and I were able to spend time with him in a private room with a small courtyard. We were encouraged to take as much time as we needed with him to say our goodbyes. The vet and other staff members could not have been more compassionate and supportive.

Even after his death, we have received calls to asking if we are okay and offering support if we need it. The amount of care we received from every staff member was incredible and I will never forget their kindness during such a difficult time.

It’s taken some time to do this but the staff went above and beyond for our dog Polo and my boyfriend who had a seizure at their location from the high amounts of stress he was going through. They made not only myself, but my boyfriend, feel calm with what was going on with Polo. They immediately brought Polo back and addressed our concerns with him and what was happening every step of the way. They made sure that my boyfriend was comfortable and stable as well, allowed him to be brought back to see Polo. They were so warm to us throughout this whole process. We were able to bring him home and the urn, paw print, and the cards were just amazing.

We could not be more thankful for Blue Pearl in Lewisville. Our dog, Pudge, was admitted last week after vomiting for a week straight. They ended up finding a foreign body in his small intestine and successfully removed it. They were VERY communicative and provided lots of updates on him every step of the way, and even sent some pictures. They were proactive when they needed to be and also conservative when they needed to be (saving us money where they could). We are so grateful.

One of the hardest parts as a dog parent taking your dog to the hospital is hoping your dog knows they are going to be ok and that you didn't abandon them. It brought me so much comfort when I could tell Pudge was very comfortable with them and they truly got to know him during his 4 days there. We felt like they went above and beyond and that Pudge got the best care possible. 4 days post surgery and Pudge is recovering so quickly and already almost back to his normal self!

To all the staff and doctors - THANK YOU. I hope we never need a dog hospital again, but I will bring them back to Blue Pearl if we do.
