He was extremely helpful and even stayed past closing time to make sure that we were happy with the products that we were purchasing. We were referred to Sleep Experts, specifically Tessa, by some friends of ours. We had been frustrated with mattress shopping at other retailers. From the moment we set foot in the store Tessa was fabulous. She did some diagnostic exercises with is to help determine the right match for us as far as mattress comfort. She showed us options at every price level without any blatant pressure to buy the most premium mattress…which we did anyway!!! I’ll definitely send potential customers your way. Buying a mattress isn’t something we do terribly often, in many ways it’s like buying a car. But you guys made it a breeze and we really appreciate it!

Tessa was amazing! She was knowledgeable and educated me and answered all of my questions. The experience was pressure free and she's very friendly as well.
