    I'll review this in two parts. First on the cabinet and workmanship itself....it was well made, stain and colors are beautiful and it's exactly what I wanted it to be...Very happy with my vanity.
    Now for the customer service issues, yes its very hard to get in touch with them, and yes the phone goes to voicemail, and yes its frustrating...in fact I'm trying to contact them again now to make my second vanity ...be patient, keep trying, it was worth it....at least in my opinion
