This was my first experience planning a funeral, my mom's. As a single child, I really had no idea what to do or how to proceed. I was distraught, confused, vulnerable, the perfect combination to be taken advantage of, but the people from Perches, from the person who transferred my mother to the director treated me with such kindness. Mr. Richard presented me with all the plans without "pushing" one specific plan. He told me to go over the plans with my family and let him know when I was ready. When we did finalize the funeral arrangement, they took care of everything, they treated my mom with respect and dignity, she looked beautiful, the spray of carnations was amazing, the service was spiritual, the sound of the music was perfect, their funeral assistant Ms. Alicia made sure everything ran smoothly, she was very respectful and consoling at all times. Ms. Michelle was so nice and helpful everytime I spoke to her. I got the least expensive package yet the treatment toward me was amazing, and all this during this COVID-19 pandemic. Thank you so much Perches for going beyond our expectations.

During our difficult time Perches made everything so easy for our family. From the moment I called for questions on where to start, Jorge Ortiz, went above and beyond for us. He was prompt with answering all questions, and making all arrangements. All of our wishes were honored and each and every member of staff were helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate my family. Our family will continue to chose Perches, because of the exceptional service, sympathy, and support they provide. We couldn’t be thankful enough for all you did, I recommend to anyone who needs an preeminent outcome environment and exceptional service !
