We ended up with a flat and the spare tire was flat. We were stranded on the side of the highway for hours because their roadside assistance couldn’t seem to get a tow or a ride for us. We had to call 911 and get a State Trooper to get our family off the emergency lane on the highway, leaving my husband with the car. After two tow services passing us off, we finally had someone show up 3 hours later. They had the car towed to a Firestone where they replaced the tire. Firestone waited two hours to hear from Enterprise to get approval to do the work (since it was ordered by their Roadside service) but they never heard from them (turns out it was because the branch was closed). Finally, Firestone just did the work and worked with us on good faith that they would get reimbursed by Enterprise.
I realize that this was a difficult situation for all involved because of the location we got stranded in. I do believe that Enterprise’s roadside tried their best. They just couldn’t get a tow truck to find us and the Uber and Lyft drivers that they tried to get out to us wouldn’t come because we didn’t have a definitive address since we were on I-10 in the middle of nowhere.
The type of spare tire in the car is an inflatable one that saves space, however, the tool that is supposed to be used to fill the tire up was missing. I do not recommend renting a Chrysler.
Overall, I would rent with Enterprise again because had our location been different, I believe that they would have been able to get us going much faster. But a lot of hands were involved and they tried their best.
The best employee with-in the Rosenberg location for Enterprise is Mike Cole. This gentleman will always go beyond the "call of duty" in making sure that the customer is always pleased with their vehicle rental. Mike Cole is always professional and if ever there is an issue; Mike Cole will always make it right before and after returning the rental.
Had a great experience renting from this enterprise. Jeff was excellent and very helpful, he is assisted me in the rental process. The whole process was a breeze from the pick up to the drop off, I had no issues. The rental was in excellent condition and it was perfect for what we needed for the weekend. I highly recommend using enterprise for your car rental needs, they will take great of you!
