Dr. Zaki has been my doctor for over 10 years and I absolutely adore her! Dr. Zaki is straight forward but truly takes an interest and cares for her patients best interests.. She is not going to prescribe you anything you don’t TRULY need. I moved several years ago but still drive the 8 hour round trip to see her, which to me speaks volumes about how amazing she truly is!
I am so grateful with Dr. Zaki for treating my daughter for the past 2 years. After so many years after changing doctors and trying different meds for my daughters condition finally I came across with Dr. Zaki. She has been wonderful and caring, she even treated my daughter for a couple of months after she moved out of state until she was able to find a new psychiatrist. My daughter and I can’t thank her enough for finally getting her stable. My daughter is now doing so much better with her mental health, she is now attending collage and is being a responsible young adult.
I must say this is all thanks to Dr. Zaki and of course the effort my daughter is putting into getting better. We both definitely recommend Dr. Zaki. Sometimes we used to wait over 1hr to see her but she is definitely worth the wait.
She is a no nonsense psychiatrist. I switched my daughter's care from UT psychiatry to her. Glad I did. She will treat you for your diagnosis. But..dont ask for drugs you do not have indications for. She is not a drug dealer. See her for your psych issues. Not for your edictions. I would give her 6 star.
Dr Zaki has been my doctor since 2014. She is a trusted and valued part of my mental health team. I first met her during a SEVERE bout of major depression and has helped me to thrive. It's been a ton of work but it's really been an amazing journey. Your mental health is about much more than finding the right medication. YOU HAVE TO DO THE WORK. Will she help you get there? Yes.
Sometimes you might wait a while to see her. That's certainly a fair complaint. But so what? This is YOUR mental health and you deserve to have a doctor that will help you get and stay better. I cannot thank her enough for the help she has provided me.
