  Fast service. Had a problem when bulb burned out in 3 weeks. They sent a replacement the next day. I highly recommend this product. It does not use ozone gas to kill bacteria. Ozone gas is not safe. They use a UV bulb to sterilize mask. MUCH SAFER.

  Minnie, the Representative, was excellent. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient while we were making our decision. The product arrived on time - and during the last-minute Christmas rush. Plus, the product is super! Could not be more pleased all the way around.

  Very nice mask, fits like a glove. Easy maintenance as well. The only drawback for me is that I'm getting a fungal infection where the silicone touches my face. I jhave super-sensitive skin. I'm keeping it under control with organic fungal gel which I put on before and after my treatment. I also LOVE being able to wear my glasses while the mask is on. No more nasty red marks on my nose from the typical full-face mask. Would be nice to have a memory foam cushion instead of silicone, maybe that's coming down the pike soon.

  The customer service agent was fantastic! He was extremely helpful on my first time ordering. I will definitely order from them again

  Considering I checked multiple sites and called local shops first, their pricing and selection came out on top by a high margin!
  
  While I was selecting a large 8+ hour CPAP battery, I called customer service as well. They were very clear and helpful considering I had recently had brain surgery and I will use them again in the future ????
