This doctor always helped me. They worked with me through abnormal and difficult situations and trusted me and gave me a second chance when I screwed up. These are really good people. Nobody is perfect but overall they offer a really great service.
The new staff is actually very amicable. . Been going here for 6 years and the only difference is you can't just walk in when you feel like it anymore. . They took me as a walk in today after Dr Ahmed had been out of town, so they'll work with you as long as you are decent to them.
Dr. Ahmed is a wonderful physician and I believe he is genuinely caring and compassionate concerning the worries and concerns of his patients. His staff is always polite and accommodating, and is always willing to explain any questions about the services the clinic provides. There are many other positive statements I can say about Dr. Ahmed, his staff, and the clinic. I feel strongly that this clinic has earned a "Loved it" rating for many reasons, the most recent reason and one that I am still grateful for is the amount of money I have saved thanks to Dr. Ahmed and his staff for helping me clear up an issue I had with my new insurance provider.
I have been going to Dr. Ahmed for a few months now and I have found him and his staff to be warm understanding and helpful. The staff in the front office have been accommodating when I've had to change appointment times or dates. They have also worked tirelessly to resolve insurance payment issues and even when my insurance was not paying Dr. Ahmed continued to see me while his wife who works in the front stayed on the insurance company until the problem was found and resolved. I am very pleased with their service and dedication to their patients.
