  Every time I work out at CKO, I realize how much better I feel the rest of the day. What I like just as much is the friendships the get forged among the members. Unlike big gyms where you can go in for years and no one knows your name, the instructors are impressive and care about you. CKO is a place the delivers more than just an hour of cardio and fat burn out. The World Health Organization stated that health is not merely the absence of illness; it is a states of physical, mental and social well-being. CKO delivers on all three. Check them out!

  Oh my gosh...this place is Amazing!!! I had an awesome experience at CKO. They have great instructors who were very informative, high energy, delightful and just gave me a totally enjoyable experience. The place was very clean and roomy. You could tell that everyone in my class, which was full I might add, were actually having a good time while burning calories...what more could you ask for. If you haven't tried it out or on the fence, trust me, this is a must try. I had the pleasure of meeting the owners and they are truly good hearted people who's goal is to provide you with a safe, top notch, place to get fit and providing you with the best qualified instructors to give you the best bang for your buck....not to meantion the price was unbelievably affordable. All workouts are designed for your fitness level, so no worries of where you start, just start! I loved loved loved this place and highly recommend it. So deserving 10 stars if they had it, I guess 5 stars will have to do.

  I had struggled with losing weight for; and at my age, it is not easy to get rid of that spare tire. Since I started going to CKO, I have lost a lot of weight and I feel great. Josh, Allie, Jessica and Marvin are amazing instructors and they each bring different styles and approach to training and it is super FUN ! The management is very down to earth, approachable and supportive. It is definitely a good family environment. It energizes me. I highly recommend CKO.

  I have been here only a few times and I have gotten a good workout every time. I encourage anyone that wants to spice up their workout to try this place out.
