  I went to Dr Hale for a crown. The technician redid my X-rays and then used a camera probe to take close up pictures of my tooth. Dr Hale re-evaluated the x-rays, looked at the pictures, and asked me some question. He also examined my tooth closely. He decided that the tooth just needed to be watched. WOW! I was so impressed. Usually a dentist isn’t so honest and conservative. Saved me lots of money. Thanks.

  The staff is very professional and friendly. I've been several times as a "hand-holder" for someone else getting dental work done and they've always had great experiences. I finally went in to get my own work done and it was very nice. Looking forward to my follow-ups to keep my teeth in great shape!

  , Dr. Nguyen was who I dealt with she made me feel very comfortable. The staff was very attentive and professional. Very modern with the equipment and highly knowledgeable. I will most Definitely be returning. And I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE. GREAT STAFF!

  Have gone to Dr.Hales office for a year now and I have to say that it has been a great experience. The staff are nice, and have been 100% satisfied with my services that I’ve had over time. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great dentist office.

  I first came to this dental office a couple of years ago after a 15 year absence from dental checkups. I have always had exceptional experiences with dentists/oral surgeons prior to this and I knew what to look for in a dentist. I enjoyed walking into the office that first time and seeing that it was very nicely furnished and decorated. The desk staff were also very nice and professional when I was checked in. While waiting for my appointment, I noticed that there were many clients coming in and from the conversations I heard, these were people who had been coming there for years, maybe since teen years and these were now parents bringing in their own kids. This was very comforting - to know a dental practice has return clientele within families over many years.
  
  When I got called to the back, the dental hygienist was super-friendly and did a great job of getting me x-rayed, listening to my issues/questions, etc. I also appreciate that this office has great tech - they seem to keep up with modern techniques and dental systems. I also love the TVs available during procedures. Over the next year, I went back multiple times for much-needed treatment and I have been extremely satisfied. I have just had two teeth extracted and a bone-graft done and my dentist, Dr. Nguyen, was excellent!! She was skillful, efficient, professional, compassionate, and friendly. I knew I was in capable hands and this immediately set me at ease. The dental hygienist was also sweet and knowledgeable and answered my questions to ensure I understood everything.
  
  I am awaiting my final treatments and honestly I am happy to be going back. I already feel better after a year of treatments and the recent work and am looking forward to a great smile. I want to finally add that I have had positive experiences with the financial staff who also answered all my questions, listened to my concerns, and helped me to make the correct financial decisions needed for my treatment plan. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND coming to this dental office.
