Johnson Dental (Next to the Berry Center)

If I could give ZERO I would. Dentist was good. However, front desk is very rude. Billing is awful. Even with their receipt, my credit card statement and my insurance EOB says they haven't received any payments and their books would be off if payment was received. Everyone company makes mistakes, it's the manner in which the mistakes are handled is where TRUE customer service tells the story of a company. I will not go back and can not recommend.

I work there and we have 5 star reviews, we have never been rude to any of patients, so I ask why Mr, Nguyen, would bring gifts , treats cookies and lemonade to the front desk if we were ever rude to him, Dr. Johnson is the best Dentist around and a great person all around !! Thank you to our great patients ❤️

Excellent service! Erika was really nice, clean, and made me feel very comfortable. my appointment was at 3:15, I got there at 3:08, and was called in at 3:12. That was a plus for me!

I had so great experience in the new office. I was pleased with a highly professional and friendly staff. Dr. Johnson did a perfect job and this was the first time I enjoyed dentist visit!!! They are using advanced technologies and equipment, that is very impressive.

The service and professional atmosphere at Johnson Dental is above and beyond my expectations. I truly can’t wait to see him and his staff again. Thank you again and look forward to seeing you at my next cleaning!

This place is awesome! The elegant decor as you walk in, to the friendly staff made my visit very pleasurable. Can’t say that about going to the dentist most times. Thanks April for recommending Dr. Johnson. He is great! Thanks Ginny for taking such good care of me!
