Memorial Hermann Cypress Convenient Care Center Emergency Room

We recently used their ER when our son fell and broke his arm at 9 o'clock
on a Sunday. Naturally all other facilities were closed so we had no other option but to take him to an ER. The front desk receptionist was pleasant and polite when checking him in. We were taken to triage within a matter of minutes. In triage we had a wonderful RN who assisted us throughout our time there. She was kind and reassuring. She was patient with our 4 year old and shared as much information as she could when we asked questions. The XRAY tech was also kind and polite. Very reassuring that things would be okay, especially with our child who was screaming in pain. The Doctor was professional and warm. Overall it was a good experience under our circumstances. They referred us to an orthopedic doctor who will also be getting a 5 star review. This was our first time at memorial hermann and we will make them our hospital of choice moving forward.
