  I lost my beloved stylist years ago and had given up and been going to Great Clips since. I thought I'd try this new Fantastic Sams location and I'm so glad I did. Crystal did my hair and she was kind and friendly and did an AMAZING job. She went above and beyond. I feel like I got a $100 haircut for a quarter of the price!

  I had such a great experience!! Everyone at this location especially Crystal and Mercedes were so welcoming!! They did a fantastic job on my hair and left me with a smile on my face!! I would totally recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get a hair cut!! Be sure to ask for Crystal and Mercedes they are amazing!!

  I change my hair (style and color) quite often, and unless it's HORRIBLE, I'm pretty chill. When I visited the salon, I brought several pictures as examples of both the color and cut I wanted. When I left, IT WAS HORRIBLE!! I returned a week later to correct the color. Mercedes not only created the BEST color I have EVER had in my WHOLE life, but she also skillfully cropped my hair exactly like the photo!!! I have NEVER received so many compliments!! It is AMAZING! I will never go anywhere else. Mercedes is a PRO!!! Definitely the best experience! Go see them and ask for Mercedes!

  I just moved to the Katy area from Canada, and one of my biggest fears was having to trust someone with my hair...but Rosie took the time to understand my apprehension. She kept checking in with me to make sure I was happy with her intentions (how much length to cut off), was VERY friendly, and knowledgeable. They offer a great discount for first time customers ($13 for a shampoo and haircut!! I was getting quotes around town as high as $70...), and have a women's day discount on Wednesdays!! I was worried the price was so low because the quality wouldn't be good, but man was I mistaken. AMAZING experience. I can't wait to go back (: I would highly recommend Rosie to anyone who is nervous about having a new hairdresser. She makes sure you're comfortable and understand what will happen before she does anything. This made a world of a difference for me.
